The "special post plan" is an important measure to support rural education and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Special post teachers are an important part of special post plan.Special post schools are located in remote rural areas of China,and their teaching measures,teaching environment and students' family backgrounds are very different,so there are many challenges in vocational adaptability of special post teachers.Therefore,there is a large research space to investigate the vocational adaptability of teachers in xinzhou city.By looking up relevant doccoment,designing questionnaires,doing surveys on the spots,doing interviews and other mettods,the paper makes an investigation about teachers' interpersonal relationships,working environment,career plan and teaching courses in Xin Zhou city and the paper puts forward corresponding measures in order to improve the teachers' ability to adopt the possitionThe following conclusions were drawn:(1)the dimission rate of teachers of special sports posts in xinzhou city is higher than that of teachers of schools in cities and counties,and the dimission rate of teachers of special sports posts is higher than that of teachers of other subjects.(2)teachers of xinzhou special post have good interpersonal relationship.Teachers of special post get along well with students,teachers of other subjects and school leaders,which indicates that teachers are well adapted to interpersonal relationship.(3)the special post school is located in the countryside,and the problems of poor accommodation,inconvenient heating,underdeveloped transportation,poor food and so on bring a lot of inconvenience to the teachers.Some teachers study and live in the city,in order to support rural education,they come to the countryside,but they are not adapted to the living conditions in the countryside.(4)the future planning of xinzhou sports special post teachers can be divided into the following categories: taking part in the examination by serving the grass-roots level,attending classes at ease,being transferred back to the county seat,and being promoted to the management level.The proportion of PE teachers who are willing to stay in the special post school is very small in their career planning.(5)xinzhou special sports teachers graduated from institutions of higher learning,have rich theoretical knowledge and strong teaching skills,school teaching sites,equipment is not perfect,teachers learned knowledge and the actual teaching situation.The small number of students and the lack of attention to physical education all affect physical education.
