Hebei Province,as the province participating in the third round of reform,launched the Implementation Plan on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System in the autumn of 2018.According to the requirements of the document and based on the experience of the previous two rounds of new college entrance examination reform,the implementation plan uses the "3+1+2" subject selection model.In addition,from 2021,the comprehensive quality assessment of regular high school students will become an important reference for regular colleges and universities to recruit students.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new college entrance examination reform implementation plan,Hebei Province has changed the voluntary composition of students from the previous "school+ major(category)" to "major(category)+ school" in the "Implementation Plan for the Reform of College Enrollment System" issued in 2019.Career interest is closely related to the choice of major.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy,it is no longer a required course for college students to know their career interests.The implementation of the new college entrance examination policy makes high school students have to start to think about their career interests.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the vocational interest of high school students and its influencing factors.Based on this background,this article first carding new college entrance examination policy,which leads to the policy implementation of practical difficulties and various development needs,is proposed in this paper,the research problem,and combining the research purpose and meaning to review and review the studies on the related research at home and abroad,to determine the research methods of this article,the research framework and research innovation points.Secondly,related concepts are defined according to the review of relevant studies,and the theoretical basis is expounded.Thirdly,empirical research is carried out on the vocational interest and influencing factors of senior high school students.In the questionnaire design of this study,self-made items were added on the basis of referring to the existing relevant scales.The reliability and validity of the integrated questionnaire were tested,and the dimensions of influencing factors of high school students' career interest under the background of the new college entrance examination were extracted through exploratory factors.After the preliminary survey,the author modified the questionnaire,and then distributed and recovered the questionnaire on a large scale,and conducted descriptive statistical analysis on the formal samples and difference analysis based on demographic variables.Fourthly,the analysis results of the empirical research are summarized and discussed,and based on the analysis results and the answers to the open questions in the questionnaire,the problems reflected by the career interest of high school students and its influencing factors under the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy are deeply discussed.Fifth,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems.Finally,the limitations of this study are summarized and the prospect of future research directions is discussed.According to the results of empirical research,this study finds the following problems:First,the school level.Vocational assessment is not popular;Policy interpretation in a single form.Second,the student level.Career interests are unclear;Weak ability to acquire information.Third,the parental level.Limited in ability to instruct;Focus on achievements over professional interests.Based on this,this study puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for school,family and individual levels,in the hope of making contributions to students' clear vocational interest,teachers' improvement of teaching programs,schools' improvement of management efficiency,and the better implementation of the new college entrance examination policy. |
