The Research On The Educational Function Of University Students' Volunteer Service

Voluntary service is not only an important symbol of the progress of social civilization,but also a noble social cause.In recent years,voluntary service is booming,and the spirit of volunteerism continues to carry forward.In the Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Commun ist Party of China,relevant work requirements such as "Improve the Volunteer Service System" and "Extensively Carry out Volunteer Service Care Activities" were clearly put forward.It puts promoting the development of volunteer service work in an important position concerning national construction.As a vibrant new generation,under the guidance of the state and society,college students actively participate in various voluntary service activities,wrich has become the backbone of the development of voluntary service.Currently,as social economy constantly develops and the cultural exchanges constantly deepens,the ideology and value orientation of college students have also changed in which the most important manifestation is that college students' ideological independence consciousness is constantly strengthened.The pursuit of personality is becoming more and more obvious,and traditional indoctrination education has little effect on them.In this case,relying solely on classroom theory teaching can not achieve good educational results,therefore,the role of practical education began to become increasingly prominent.As an important carrier of practical education in colleges and universities,college students' voluntary service plays an important role in the growth of college students.Through voluntary participation,not only does it enhance the college students' understanding of the national conditions,enhance their own practical ability,but also it cultivates their own dedication and social responsibility consciousness,which can effectively enrich themselves,and the ideological realm has been greatly improved.However,there are still many problems when college students volunteer service to educate.Coupled with the current time background,in the paper,first of all,the main contents of the function of college students' voluntary service education are made an analysis,in addition,it analyzes the current situation of college students by means of the questionnaire survey,then the contents,for example,voluntary service education is in lack of advanced idea guidance,the subject of voluntary service does not have comprehensive cognition of educational function,the support of voluntary service society is not enough,the function of voluntary service education is in lack of professional guidance,and the management system and mechanism of voluntary service organization are not perfect,are put forward.After that,in view of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures are given and the principles of combining theory with practice,student-oriented principle,epochal principle and innovation are discussed.The specific ways to improve the effectiveness of college students' voluntary service in educating people are adhering to theoretical guidance,deepening subject's cognition,strengthening educational guidance,integrating social resources and perfecting mechanism construction are put forward.
