The Practical Research Of Educational Supervision In The Service Of University Volunteer

In recent years,the development of social work has attracted more and more attention.The service provided by social workers,especially the most widely accepted audience,is bound to depend on the community volunteers' assistance in community work.Whether the quality of their services can be guaranteed has become the focus of attention among the buyers,the service providers and the social workers' organizations.How university volunteers,as an important team and backbone of volunteer service,to enhance their sense of participation in the service is also my concern.In 2013,Social Work,as a carrier and an opportunity,was introduced into Dongguan local university “D” to promote party building.The project actively imports include the professional concept of social work,professional knowledge and methods,and professional personnel to the campus,making a good exploration in the promotion of how school work and the social work service students grow and develop better.Based on the four elements of service learning general pattern,including “Learning,Service,Community and Reflection”,and take them as a research framework,this paper regard university volunteers,who service actively in the community,as the research object.Combined with the practice of the service teams in Dongguan Local University D,we operate empirical study on the effects of educational supervision plays in college students volunteer service process.And through the pre-test and post-test investigation,comparison and analysis,we hope to make a further exploration on the practice of promoting voluntary service and social service quality,so as to sum up the experience which can be extended.The study found that “learning,service,community and reflection "is an organic whole,combined with the system of educational supervision,formed " four in one "education mode of supervision;and in all aspects of Service-learning,educational supervision plays an important role in it.University teachers' supervision,community supervision,peer supervision are the main implementer.It practices in community,with reflection,and throughout the whole process of Service-learning.Through systematic supervision,college students have made significant progress in many areas.Volunteer service projects are more suitable for the needs of service objects in design,and controlling the role and function of communities is more conducive to the development and implementation of services.
