With the proposal of the Healthy China strategy,people pay more and more attention to the humanistic care in the medical process,emphasizing the parallel of body and mind.Anxiety should also be paid attention to for hospitalized children who are at a critical stage of growth and development.Relevant investigation shows that some sick children will have a certain degree of anxiety,and their own emotional fluctuations have a greater impact on their disease recovery.Most of the existing literatures focus on the analysis of children's mental health and mainly focus on descriptive studies,but lack of intervention studies,which provides sufficient research space for this study.This study is based on the practice experience in the children's hospital,social learning theory,cognitive development theory and social support network theory as the theoretical support,using group work method to intervene the anxiety of hospitalized children.In the actual study,the anxiety level of hospitalized children was measured by using the Spence Self-Rating Anxiety Scale for Children.Through daily ward visits,continuous in-depth interviews and relevant data collection,the reasons for the emotional anxiety of hospitalized children during treatment were analyzed as follows: Fear of unfamiliar hospital environment,parents' neglect of children's emotions,children's own psychological factors.On the basis of needs assessment,design and carry out group theme activities.Overcome the fear of medical treatment by helping hospitalized children to be familiar with medical operation in group activities;To establish the correct cognition of children's emotion management and grasp the emotion regulation method;To expand the support network of peer groups,the overall goal of anxiety relief was achieved.The results of the service effectiveness evaluation showed that the practice effect of group work method in intervening the anxiety of hospitalized children was obvious,and the anxiety status of the group members who participated in the group activity was relieved to some extent.Most of the group members were satisfied with the anxiety relief group activity,which has academic and practical significance for further research and promotion.
