In recent years,a series of documents,policies,laws and regulations concerning the development of preschool education have been promulgated successively,raising the development of preschool education to an unprecedented level of attention.Career development needs the support of high-quality talents.With the continuous opening and improvement of the teacher education system,a considerable number of local comprehensive universities in China are undertaking the task of preschool teacher education.The quality of their talent training will affect the level of preschool education teachers and the development of preschool education.It is worth exploring how to cultivate talents of preschool education specialty in local comprehensive universities and how to cultivate high-quality talents of preschool education according to their own characteristics and advantages.Therefore,this study investigates the current situation of talent cultivation of preschool education major in local comprehensive universities and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide support for the development of preschool education major.This research selects three local comprehensive universities as the research objects,and carries on the text analysis to their preschool education professional talent training program;A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students majoring in preschool education from the first year to the fourth year by purposive sampling,and 308 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the purpose of the study and the situation of questionnaire collection,we interviewed 5 teachers and 29 students majoring in preschool education in three schools,so as to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the cultivation of talents majoring in preschool education in three local comprehensive universities.First of all,this study of three local comprehensive university preschool education specialized student to carry on the questionnaire survey,found in the differences between test results,the three universities are for local comprehensive universities,but in the curriculum,teaching methods,significant differences in learning resources,and the different gender,grade and voluntary choice college entrance examination the talent cultivation of students' perceived significant differences on the whole.Secondly,combined with the talent training programs of the three schools and interviews,this paper summarizes and analyzes the talent training situation of preschool education major in local comprehensive universities.Finally,according to the five dimensions of the study,the author puts forward the goal of talent training based on its own characteristics.Optimize curriculum setting to satisfy students' personality development;Perfect the teaching system and enrich the teaching forms;To strengthen cooperation and improve the quality of learning resources;Suggestions on perfecting the evaluation system and giving play to the guiding role of evaluation.
