The reform and implementation of the policy of free teacher-training and the system of teacher qualification certificate have put forward new requirements for the quality of primary and secondary school teachers.Studies have found that the local comprehensive university training of primary and secondary school teachers,On the one hand,it is difficult to meet the social demand,On the other hand,in terms of quality can not be engaged in teaching and studying.Therefore,according to the existing data,Choose a university in Shandong,From the training objectives,curriculum,teaching practice,teaching staff construction and training evaluation,On the basis of theoretical explanation of talent training mechanism,By using the method of questionnaire and interview,this paper makes an empirical study on the current situation of the cultivation of teachers' professional education,Then it analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the process of the training of the professional talents,At the same time,combined with the experience of the reform and exploration of teacher education at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the training mechanism.This article is through the literature combing-Theoretical Interpretation-Empirical Research-problem analysis-countermeasures and suggestions to expand the full text of the analysis and discussion.This thesis consists of five parts:Part one: Introduction.First of all,this paper expounds the reasons and the significance of the topic selection of teachers' Education in the local comprehensive universities;Secondly,the relevant research at home and abroad are reviewed;Finally,this paper introduces the scope and content of the study,and defines the research methods of this paper.The two:The research foundation.On the one hand,this paper defines the core concepts such as "local comprehensive university","teacher education" and "talent training mechanism";On the other hand,starting from the elements of the personnel training mechanism,the paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the training mechanism of teacher education:The training objective is "application";The curriculum is based on "specialty";The characteristics of "practice" in teaching reform;The advantage of "Double Teachers" in Teachers' construction;Training evaluation emphasizes "ability orientation".Part three:Present situation investigation.In this paper,the author makes a survey on the students and graduates of the teacher education major in a university in Shandong by using the self-made questionnaire and the interview outline.From five aspects of the training objectives,curriculum construction,teaching staff construction,training evaluation of the students in the school of the 12 random survey,At the same time,the school teacher education graduates in the past 5 years by telephone,network or interviews,etc.At the same time,the teachers in the school for nearly 5 years by telephone,network,or interviews,etc.The interview includes three aspects: the basic employment situation of graduates,the graduates' suggestions on the cultivation of their alma mater,and the evaluation of their work.Part four: Problems.According to the results of the survey,this paper analyzes the present situation of the training system of teachers' professional education in Shandong province of university from five aspects: training objectives,curriculum construction,teaching practice,teaching staff construction and training evaluation.Part five: Optimizing the talent training mechanism.Aiming at the problems existing in the training system of teachers' professional education in Shandong:To explore the characteristics of various colleges and universities,and to cultivate a variety of teachers;Optimize the curriculum structure of educational theory and practice,and update the teaching content;Scientific curriculum,optimize the curriculum structure;Emphasizing practice,multi teaching,constructing "full practice" teaching system;Change the traditional view of teachers,strengthen the construction of "double qualified teachers" team;The countermeasures and suggestions of cultivating the diversity of evaluation and building a diversified evaluation system.
