Research On The Strategies Of Improving Talent Cultivation Ability In Local Undergraduate Universities

With the rapid development of China's higher education,China will enter the popularization stage from the popularization stage of higher education,In this process,local universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents for the country and regional society and have become an indispensable force in China's higher education system.Under the background of "dual-class" construction,how to improve the talent cultivation ability of local colleges and universities and promote the construction of local high-level universities has become an inevitable major issue.However,Undergraduates are the largest group of local universities to deliver talents to the country and regional society.The undergraduate stage is an important stage for the improvement of students' knowledge ability and comprehensive quality,as well as the most critical stage for the formation of students' world outlook,outlook on life and values.The quality of undergraduate education is the most important component affecting the overall improvement of the quality of higher education.Therefore,the comprehensive revitalization of undergraduate education must firmly grasp the core point of comprehensively improving the ability of talent cultivation.This study takes the improvement of undergraduate talent cultivation ability of local universities as the research topic.In terms of research methods,literature review,questionnaire survey and case analysis are mainly adopted,Pay attention to the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,theoretical research and practical research,This paper deeply analyzes the connotation,current situation and influencing factors of undergraduate talent cultivation ability in local universities,and puts forward corresponding strategies and Suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly including the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,concept definition and theoretical basis,research content,ideas and methods;The second part is the theoretical analysis,including the status of talent cultivation in undergraduate education,the times connotation and practical significance of improving talent cultivation ability,the components of talent cultivation ability and the core elements affecting talent cultivation ability;In the third part,a wide range of questionnaires and interviews were conducted in three different types of local colleges and universities to study the current situation of undergraduate talent cultivation ability in local colleges and universities;The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of improving the talent cultivation ability of local colleges and universities;The fifth part is the suggestion to the local universities to enhance the undergraduate talent training ability;The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes this research and points out its innovation and deficiency.
