In recent years,rate of juvenile delinquency is increasing,and the recidivism rate is higher than that of adults.They violent crime has become the most important form of juvenile delinquency.How to use professional and personalized means to save the juvenile involved in crime has aroused a general discussion in the academic circle.The intervention of judicial social workers in the judicial field provides important support for the realization of pluralistic education.Applying the professional case work method of social work,this paper takes a juvenile delinquent on suspicion of affray as the research object.Under the theoretical perspective of social information processing model that using empathy training intervention model.It adopts the methods of emotion recognition,viewpoint selection,role playing and so on,and basing on cognitive empathy,emotional empathy and behavioral intervention to help the director to raise the level of empathy,reduce aggression.Finally,the author concludes that: empathy training can effectively improve the level of empathy among juvenile delinquents,and it has significant effects on both cognitive empathy and emotional empathy.The enhancement of empathy level of juvenile delinquents can effectively reduce the occurrence of aggression,it also has significant effects on four dimensions of physical aggression,verbal aggression,hostility and anger.This research is applied to the judicial field,which is an expansion of the application field of empathy training,and also an enrichment of remedial measures for juvenile delinquents.Through empathic training,the intervention object can think from the perspective of others and empathize with others,so as to reduce the occurrence of aggressive behaviors and increase prosocial behaviors,which lays a good foundation for the successful return to society in the future.
