A Case Study On The Application Of The Dominant Perspective Method In Rural Poverty Alleviation

Implementing targeted poverty alleviation is an urgent need to build a well-off society in an all-round way and achieve national rejuvenation.In the firm victory period of poverty alleviation,the research of social work major involved in rural poverty alleviation has very high value and significance.The author found through research that most current poverty studies believe that poverty is caused by economic and policy reasons,and poverty is manifested by insufficient regional development,insufficient security level,low per capita income,and gaps in material life.Poverty alleviation and development mostly regard meeting demand as " "Problem solving" did not mobilize the initiative of the poor on the basis of discovering the advantages of the poor.Based on this,the author adopts the dominant perspective method,through case intervention on rural poor families,studies how to identify and develop advantages,guides rural poor families to correctly understand poverty,actively faces assistance interventions,and improve relations with the social environment and social resources.Affirm self-advantages and values,and achieve development out of poverty.This article takes the rural poor families in Village X as the research object,and understands the basic situation of the rural poor by participating in observation,in-depth interviews,and household surveys.Then,a typical case was selected,and the professional intervention of social work based on the intervention of the dominant perspective method was carried out.The process included difficulty relief,livelihood support,humanistic care,relationship adjustment,resource coordination,and promotion of personal and environmental adaptation.After the development situation,it is believed that the intervention services of social workers have achieved positive results.On this basis,summarize and reflect on the relevant experience of professional intervention in social work for rural poor families: first,accurately identify the advantages of the client;second,give full play to the advantages of the client in various aspects;third,can effectively use the client model Demonstration advantages;Fourth,overcome deficiencies and give full play to the professional advantages of social workers.Finally,put forward relevant suggestions: further exert the advantages of professional cooperation and participation in social work,promote the development of rural targeted poverty alleviation,further enhance the professional capabilities of social workers,and promote the development of rural poverty alleviation.
