Research On The Path And Mode Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Hongli Village By Henan University Of Science And Technology

Poverty has been a global problem,and all regions and countries in the world are committed to the study and solution of poverty.As a populous country,China also faces great pressure from poverty.Since the founding of new China,eliminating poverty,eliminating polarization and achieving common prosperity,which has been an important mission of the party central committee and the government in China.Which achieves the objective of China's "two" in one hundred.From the reform and opening up during the period to 2011,on the way of poverty alleviation and development in our country,which includes five stages.After the policy and measures for poverty alleviation of exploration and practice of development,which has made significant achievements.Despite the success of poverty alleviation,China's population of 30.46 million has not been lifted out of poverty by 2017.Some of the issues in the work of poverty alleviation are not in place,for instance,the causes of poverty,and how to help them effectively are not solved by the way of poverty alleviation in the past.In order to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,Xi Jinping puts forward the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" at the first time of his work in Xiangxi,Hunan province in 2013.University would try to make precision poverty alleviation work.Students could use their own knowledge,talent,technology advantages,and combine with the actual situation of poor areas around how to speed up the poverty-stricken areas out of poverty in a series of support activities.In this paper,under the background of poverty reduction through accurate across the country,by Henan university of science and technology has witness Luoyang red village as an example,using the method of combining the theory and research analysis,and exploring the model for further research.The major contents of this paper are as follows:First,the definitions of the relevant concepts.Then summarizing the related poverty alleviation path and poverty alleviation mode at home and abroad,and summarizing relevant theories.Second,Analyzing the historical development status and existing problems of Hongli village.According to the detailed first-hand survey data;the identification work;agricultural product sales;breeding technology;cultural quality and ideological concept of Hongli village are comprehensively analyzed.Third,through the research of Henan university of science and technology was summarized in the process of helping the red village path selection and specific pattern in the process of poverty alleviation;divided into industry;education;information platform for poverty alleviation and medical pattern for poverty alleviation.Fourth,it based on the present status of research on poverty alleviation as well as its own uniqueness in colleges and universities,to promote the implementation of poverty on schedule in our country,which building a well-off society in an all-round way,this paper puts forward should vigorously propaganda,change the poor ideological consciousness,strengthen cultural education,improve the level of culture,strengthen poverty alleviation of science and technology,technical guidance.
