Research On Social Work Intervention In Rural Areas With The Strengths Perspective

Along with the advancement of precise poverty alleviation work in China,many scholars have done a lot of research both at home and abroad,based on problems under the perspective of some methods and strategies before,largely limits the subjectivity of the service object,let the poor people in poverty alleviation and the process of precise became "object",followed by "rely on to such as" ideas began to spread,precision caused by poverty alleviation work to promote those barriers,poverty alleviation work results.Social work intervention in targeted poverty alleviation from the perspective of superiority is a new perspective--from the perspective of superiority,to tap the potential and advantages of the service object,and to build up the confidence of poverty alleviation and wealth by encouraging the service object;When the personal difficulties and setbacks can seriously,calm to analyze the present situation and make a correct and rational choice,found in the complicated turbulent situation in the right way,with more scientific,more targeted approach to promote accurate poverty alleviation,so a new poverty reduction mode,in the accuracy of the current poverty alleviation work is of important theoretical and practical significance.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction,mainly elaborated the research results of scholars both at home and abroad and the research content of this article,the design and research methods,the innovations and research significance of this article made a detailed instructions,elaborated under the advantage than traditional under the perspective of social work intervention accurate advantages of poverty alleviation and sustainable,help better realize the rich poverty.The second part is the current situation of social work intervention in targeted poverty alleviation in village J,including the situation of village J,as well as the situation encountered in the work of the author stationed in village J,and detailed records of some current working methods and prominent problems encountered by social workers.Under the edge Angle of the third part of the social work involved in the analysis of J village precision for poverty alleviation,introduced advantages of the perspective of social work intervention methods and significance,advantage perspective as a new concept in strengthen poverty art force,membership of an object,to help them reshape the inner world,dig deeper into personal advantages,and by respect for the individual,encourage incentive ways to use resources to help them to open up the situation of social workers,reduce poverty the negative labels of the masses,exert their subjective initiative,improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.The fourth part is case analysis precision poverty alleviation work in J village practice,through the case work support advantage perspective of social work intervention feasibility and advantages of precision J village poverty alleviation,to help poor families out of poverty,Y weak ideological baggage,personal and family member's advantage resources,realize personal value,improve yourself,realize the growing rich.The fifthpart is the summary and reflection of this research.On the one hand,it summarizes and sublimates the research results,on the other hand,it also reflects on the shortcomings of this research,which provides empirical reference for future research.
