Autism since2006was officially recognized as a mental disability, to2007,0to14yearsold autistic children base for256600in China. As this rapid growth rate, rehabilitation ofchildren with autism treatment has become one of the problems that can not be ignored, in ourcountry, and in professional social work is not significantly northwest, some institutionsfocuses on the physiological aspects of the rehabilitation treatment, and often understandingof social ability rehabilitation and the method to discover enough. Therefore, the authormainly studies the autistic children rehabilitation training of social adaptation.This paper selected the L city a disability services autism as an example, to the disabledservice institutions for activity place, for three months, a total of six units in the group activity,activity time, which make use of every Friday afternoon. On the rehabilitation of the autisticchildren’s social adaptation practical research and exploration, the use of the social worktheory and schultz’s interpersonal communication theory as the support, the use of team work,in children with autism, psychological and behavioral aspects of language, the specializationof social work of the rehabilitation training, with no intention to phase in the team work, haveintention to period, preparation, action, maintenance phase five different stages as the purposeof growth group behavior change time. Assessment at the end of the panel concluded thatteam members in the group activity by IBSE scale before and after test after a pretest of thebig four dimension problem, measurement is displayed in the emotional communication,behavior disorder and psychological aspects there are significant differences, present level todevelop in the direction of a good trend, it shows the author’s team work plan is moresuccessful. For children with autism set game is roughly is reasonable. Employment activitiesincluding team for the last time, in a sense achieved the expected effect, support the study ofthe whole.
