Based on team social capital and distributed leadership theory,this paper discusses the influence of teachers' team social capital on teachers' leadership.Based on previous studies,it is found that in high-efficiency schools,leadership is not limited to the senior management team,and teachers are also leaders outside the classroom.Both the teachers in the team and the teacher leaders can have an impact on the teacher group.Ostrom,an American political scientist,regarded education service as an act of "co-production" and put forward the idea of "team production".However,this production mode requires the role of "practice team".Team social capital theory advocates that team members can form supportive network and intangible resources for participation and trust,and team members can effectively absorb and exchange scarce resources within and outside the team.Distributed leadership theory claims that the teacher is the core of distributed leadership,with more professional autonomy and decision-making power,let teachers lead and give the opportunity to take responsibility,is a way of effective team work,teachers can achieve change in cooperation and improve,in order to impel the change and development of the school,is a kind of leadership in the reasonable allocation between formal and informal leadership.Therefore,to improve leadership,it is necessary to build a "learning" team.This study discusses the influence of the social capital of teachers' team on their leadership.It is assumed that the higher the social capital of teachers' team is,the higher the leadership level of teachers will be.This paper analyzes how to improve the level of teachers' leadership by means of the teachers' team in the school,in the different educational environment inside and outside the school,and how to scientifically understand and analyze the way of the generation of teachers' leadership,so as to build a bridge for the reform of the school's leadership system and teachers' professional development.The research is mainly carried out from the following aspects.First,it defines the core concepts,explains the significance of the research,and introduces the theoretical basis and research design of the research by reviewing the research on the social capital of the team of middle school teachers and the relevant research on the leadership of middle school teachers.Second of all,the high school teacher interview combined with literature research summarized the content of the teacher leadership model is put forward,including the transaction decision-making influence of middle school teacher,leading the charisma of cooperation,teachers' professional advocacy,teachers' self cognition,influence of human relations in society,and information technology integration,a total of six elements of teacher leadership,and consulting with experts in the field of high school teachers and related,the revised questionnaire of the item.Thirdly,based on literature analysis,expert consultation and teacher interview,a trial questionnaire was formed.Some teachers were selected to issue the trial questionnaire.Through exploratory factor analysis,the structural validity of the questionnaire was tested,and the questionnaire was modified and adjusted to form a formal questionnaire.Fourth,a formal questionnaire was issued to middle school teachers in area F,and the samples were collected for confirmatory factor analysis,so as to complete the verification of the middle school teachers' leadership model and prove the effectiveness and reliability of the model.Fifthly,the paper analyzes the differences between the social capital of the team of middle school teachers and the overall status quo of teacher leadership and the demographic variables.Sixth,the correlation analysis between the team social capital of middle school teachers and the variables in the hypothetical model of middle school teachers' leadership is carried out to predict the direction and the correlation strength among the variables.Moreover,multiple regression analysis was conducted on the research model and hypothesis test,and the relationship and strength between independent variables and dependent variables were obtained to test the research hypothesis.The results show that the external social capital,internal social capital and leadership of middle school teachers are significantly different in population variables.The team external social capital of middle school teachers has a positive influence on the improvement of teachers' leadership level.The social capital within the team of middle school teachers has a positive influence on the improvement of teachers' leadership level.In addition,the research also found that the external social capital of the team of middle school teachers also has a positive impact on the internal social capital of the team of middle school teachers,and analyzed the conditions and mechanisms of the influence.Seventh,the research results are discussed and analyzed.Based on the social capital theory of teachers' team and distributed leadership theory,from the perspective of teacher team building,the development and training path of middle school teachers' leadership is proposed,and the application and exploration and practice strategies are applied.
