The writing part of the fourth stage of the new Chinese Curriculum clearly sets out the requirements for rewriting the composition.The new curriculum standard requires students to be able to abbreviate,expand and rewrite based on the given article.Composition rewriting in junior middle school composition teaching can play a role in cultivating students ’basic writing ability and improving students’ writing level.Composition rewriting,as a kind of composition training method,is different from the traditional composition training method.When composition teaching is implemented,composition rewriting can mutually promote other composition training methods.However,in recent years,composition rewriting has not received enough attention from teachers,and composition rewriting has been used less in composition teaching.This study uses literature research and text analysis to study the rewriting of junior high school composition.This article first explains the definition of rewriting in different fields and the concept of rewriting the composition.Secondly,the types of rewriting are classified,and teaching strategies for rewriting junior high school composition are proposed.Finally,the feasibility of rewriting composition in junior high school was studied,and the objectives of rewriting composition were interpreted in the new Chinese curriculum standards and teaching materials.Analyzed the phenomenon of text rewriting in textbooks,and pointed out that teachers can start from three aspects: clear concepts,correct choice of rewriting materials,and correct guidance of students to rewrite,to improve the teaching of composition rewriting in the composition class,with a view to junior middle school teachers in composition Provide help and reference in rewriting teaching.
