Research On Community Integration Of The Elderly Migrant Under The 'Interaction Of Social Workers And Volunteers' Model

At present,the population flow in China is more regular,the scale of population migration in urban and rural areas is increasing year by year,and the number of people moving between the two places and even more places is increasing sharply,among which the elderly become one of the main forces of the floating population.In the process of "re-socialization ",the elderly are faced with a series of difficulties,such as social support network breakage,life and diet discomfort,lack of entertainment activities,weakening of emotional support,and so on.How to solve this group of integration problems,worthy of in-depth exploration.In recent years,the government has vigorously promoted the development of third-party social forces,especially supporting social work services and voluntary services,introducing the " Interaction of Social Workers and Volunteers" model,and implementing it in many places.This brings new hope to promote the integration of the elderly community.Social workers and volunteers as service providers,how to play a good " Interaction of Social Workers and Volunteers" model,to promote the integration of the elderly in urban communities,to enhance the happiness and sense of acquisition of the elderly,promote harmony within the family,better enjoy the life of old age,has important practical significance.As an example,this paper takes the N community of Shenzhen as the research object,social workers and volunteers as the main participants.Through field interviews and investigation and research,we can understand the situation of the elderly in the N community,analyze their needs and difficulties,and grasp the development of social workers and volunteers in the N community.For the " Interaction of Social Workers and Volunteers" model to lay the foundation.On this basis,the author designs a detailed scheme for the integration of " Interaction of Social Workers and Volunteers" into the community of the elderly,and through the interaction of social workers and volunteers,carries out group activities to open up the channels of psychological and cultural integration of the elderly.Community activities break the dilemma of community participation and community interaction,analyze the roles of social workers and volunteers and the changes of the elderly,and evaluate the effectiveness of final intervention.Through the evaluation,it is found that not only the community integration dilemma of the elderly has been improved,the ability of cultural adaptation,community participation and social support network have been improved,and gradually gained a sense of identity and belonging to the community,but also promoted the improvement of the professional ability of social workers.Enhance the subjectivity of volunteers.Finally,the author summarizes the practical process of "Interaction of Social Workers and Volunteers" intervention in community integration with the elderly,and puts forward three suggestions on promoting the linkage mechanism and the deeper integration of the elderly.
