With the rapid development of modern social science and technology,a large amount of Technology-Based SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises)have been emerged under the support of national policies.As an important part of the core strength of expanding employment,entrepreneurship and innovation in the new era,it is particularly important to study the gender composition and gender equality of enterprise employees.This paper takes E enterprise in Fuzhou as the research object and expounds the gender ratio and division of labor,income level,role achievement and other gender differentiation of employees in Technology-Based SMEs.According to Burawoy's production regime theory,this paper studies the influencing factors of labor gender differentiation from four dimensions: national strength,market competition,labor process and labor reproduction.The author believes that the supply of gender technology labor market is the main factor affecting the labor gender differentiation in Technology-Based SMEs.Meanwhile,the policy power of national gender equality,the labor process of Internet and the labor reproduction level of gender equality trend also have different degrees of influence on gender differentiation.Based on the construction of gender equality and harmony in labor,this paper suggests that we still have many works to reduce the gender differentiation in the labor of Technology-Based SMEs from the state,society,enterprises and gender subjects,promoting the construction of gender harmony in labor,so as to guide and cultivate it to become new-type enterprises with more gender harmony and modern development concept,and improve their gender sensitivity in the field of scientific and technological labor which leads to the gender equality in the field of science and technology labor moving forward.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the gender ratio of workers is relatively balanced in Technology-Based SMEs.Young men and women with higher education and professional background of engineering are the basic portraits of workers in this type of enterprises.Second,Technology-Based SMEs workers have obvious gender characteristics in terms of job distribution,division of labor,wage income,and role achievements.Women's overall technical level is weak.The lower job level and wage income make them in a relatively marginal position in labor.Third,the gender factor has weakened in technical jobs.Women can get the same or even higher income and evaluation than men.Fourth,the male technical labor market is the main factor affecting the gender differentiation of labor in Technology-Based SMEs,leading to the gender differentiation of jobs,which affects the gender difference of labor division,income distribution and role achievement.Finally,the focus of promoting gender harmony in Technology-Based SMEs lies in improving gender sensitivity in the field of science and technology labor,the same as protecting and cultivating female science and technology personnel.
