This study adopts three research methods,namely literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and takes students in university T as the research object to explore the influence of college students' self-efficacy on learning engagement from the perspective of flipped classroom.Based on the survey results,Suggestions are given to improve students' learning engagement in flipped classroom.According to the survey results,the advantages of flipped classroom have not been fully exploited,and the truly high-level and meaningful flipped classroom has not yet been widespread.In flipped classroom,there were significant differences in students' grade level(F=4.873,p<0.001)and extracurricular learning time(F=4.466,p<0.01).There were no significant differences in gender(t=-0.214,p>0.05)and major categories(F=1.639,p>0.05).In flipped classroom,all dimensions of self-efficacy and learning engagement were significantly positively correlated at the level of 0.01(bilateral).Selfefficacy in flipped classroom has a good predictive effect on learning engagement.Based on this,this study gives suggestions on how to improve students' learning engagement from three levels: teachers,students and schools.Teachers should change the teaching concept in time and innovate the form of flipped classroom.Appropriate arrangement of learning tasks,to help students balance the class and extracurricular learning time;Give students timely feedback and create a positive and friendly classroom learning atmosphere.Students should pay attention to improve their own subjective initiative;Adjust their learning pace,reasonable arrangement of learning activities;Set an example for yourself and build your own study group.Schools should actively optimize the construction of infrastructure,to provide teachers and students with equipment,platform support;Build a team of famous teachers to produce highquality teaching content;The curriculum should be reclassified and the teacher incentive system should be established.
