Analysis On Social Work Intervention With The Employment Problem Of Rural Landless Youth

While the land acquisition in urbanization process is carried out,a large number of surplus rural laborers are created.The pressure and difficulty of non-agricultural employment has increased.The problem of employment of landless youth has become increasingly prominent.The rural landless youth who "have no land for farming and work without a job" have become a disadvantaged group among young people and are in the dual dilemma of "losing both their land and jobs".The fundamental way to protect the rights of young people who have lost land in rural area is to create employment.The focus of work at this stage is how to solve the unemployment of landless youth in rural area as soon as possible.Thus they can smoothly shift their roles to provide economic security for future development,truly realize the simultaneous advancement of urbanization of materials,technology,and man,and maintain the dynamic balance of urbanization.By focusing on the core theme of "Social work intervention with the employment problem of rural landless youth",relying on the "Millions of Skilled Personnel Training Plan" project,using literature review,field observations,interviews and other methods,reviewing the case of D Street in Baodi District,Tianjin City,the author analyzes the employment status of the landless youth,the main performance of the existing problems with employment,and the subjective causes.Using the advanced perspectives of social work,the theory of empowerment,and the theory of social support networks,the model of combining crisis intervention with task focus is adopted.The intervention case advocates a certain employment problem and achieved satisfactory results.Based on the reflection on the services involved in individual case work,the feasibility of adopting social work professional work methods to solve the problem of employment of landless youth in rural area is derived,as well as related rational measures and suggestions.
