A Study On The Management Of The Training Process Of Sports Specialty Students In Rural High Schools

The sports college entrance examination is the main way to select the sports talents in Our country.With rural high schools shrinking and losing students,repositioning is the only way to preserve them.Obviously,the cultivation of rural high school sports students is an effective way to increase the enrollment rate.This study will be sent to you by the management characteristic of a rural high school sports special immortal culture and its importance,and analysis of zhanjiang,guangdong province,a rural high school sports special immortal culture management status and analyze the influence factors of the rural high school sports special immortal culture,sports talents training mode of foreign developed countries for reference,put forward to help construct a relatively complete sports talent cultivation.The purpose of this study is to enrich and expand the development theory of contemporary physical education in theory,to explain the feasibility of the cultivation of rural senior high school students with special talent in physical education in practice,and to provide a theoretical basis for the characteristic promotion of rural senior high school physical education entrance examination or the reference of relevant schools.This research mainly adopts the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey and field observation method and other methods of zhanjiang,guangdong province,a rural high school sports special immortal cultivation status of the investigation analysis,combined with the national policy,economic situation,concluded that:(1)the rural high school school supplies,the lack of talent resources,the serious influence the quality and quantity of sports talent training;(2)There are many problems in the cultivation mode,curriculum,management system,nutrition and diet,medical security and other aspects of rural senior high school sports special talent students,which are very unfavorable to the cultivation of sports special talent students;(3)Improving the professional level of PE teachers is an urgent problem to be solved.After sorting out and analyzing the problems existing in the management of the training process of rural senior high school PE students,this study puts forward a series of practical Suggestions,such as making good use of social resources,building a team of teachers,flexible curriculum setting,innovating management system,strengthening psychological education,improving logistics services and guaranteeing medical input.
