Love is the foundation of education,and caring for students is the requirement for teachers to fulfill their educational responsibilities.The particularity of rural middle school students requires rural middle school teachers to pay more care for students,so rural middle school teachers must have better quality of care.To strengthen the research on the quality of care of rural middle school teachers is to solve the practical problem of the lack of care of rural middle school teachers,optimize the quality of care of rural middle school teachers,and satisfy the inner desire of rural middle school students for the care of teachers.This study based on relevant theories of love and caring and at home and abroad theory of education and teachers love love view,fully learn from gilligan care moral theory,the essence of remote care ethics,and connecting with the reality of the development of rural high school teachers,write the rural middle school teachers care quality questionnaire,to explore the rural middle school teachers care moral quality development status and its influencing factors.The survey results show that the overall score of care quality of rural middle school teachers is high,but the status quo of each dimension of care quality is different and there are certain problems,and the score of care quality is significantly related to the background factors such as the teacher's gender,school,age,teaching age,educational background and establishment.and there is an obvious gap between teachers' evaluation of their own quality of care and students' perception of their quality of care.On the results of the survey,the author on the analysis of the factors that affect rural middle school teachers care quality and its development,on the basis of actual situation,how to use the theory of lifelong learning,maslow's hierarchy of needs,and the core idea of caring education related theory,from meet the needs of teachers and strengthens the management of the teachers and school culture,improve teachers' quality,fixed rural middle school teachers care quality existing problems from four aspects,first proposed the idea of optimization of the rural middle school teachers care quality,in order to improve the quality of rural middle school teachers' love to provide the beneficial reference.
