The reform and opening up has boomed China's economy,and significantly improved people's living standard.Under this background,China's tourism sector has also greatly developed.At the same time,stimulated by a series of national tourism policies,China's hotel industry has been growing on a fast track.As thus,the demand for hotel professionals is becoming more and more urgent.This is the fundamental reason for this paper to study the training mode for hotel management talent.This paper mainly describes the research background and research significance of talent training,and also analyzes the development status and problems of the hotel management talent training model of xxx Tourism College in Guilin by using a distance measure model.Based on the current index system of the college,10 university and industry experts were invited to empower each index.Meanwhile,300 questionnaires were distributed to teachers and students of the hotel management major of the college for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the indexes to find out the gap of the current model.At the same time,12 students and 10 teachers of the major were interviewed to further investigate and analyze the interviewees' perception of the new "P&T integrated and advanced" training mode in order to realize precise positioning in the talent training mode analysis.An optimization scheme is put forward according to the analysis results,with an aim to effectively explore the training mode for hotel management talent in xxx Tourism College in Guilin.The specific findings are as follows:Firstly,the indexes for hotel management personnel training of xxx Tourism College in Guilin are directly applied to the model for estimation to study the common influence of talent training,which plays a decisive role in the promotion and development of hotel management personnel training in the college.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for an empirical analysis on the hotel management talent training mode of xxx Tourism College in Guilin,and the results of the average index system were calculated by quantitative means to preliminarily explore the problems existing in the training mode for hotel management talent in the college.Thirdly,after quantitative empirical analysis,this paper also uses case analysis to verify the empirical results,improving the shortcomings of the quantitative method.In general,in the hotel management talent training model of xxx Tourism College in Guilin,there is still a gap between the actual scores and the expected scores,and the recognition degree of teachers and students to this model remains to be improved.Among those factor sets,only the actual score of “quality objectives” was higher than the expected score.Therefore,in view of the research and analysis,this paper puts forward an optimization scheme from three aspects: strengthening the recognition degree,refining and internalizing the knowledge objectives and ability objectives,and continuously perfecting the quality training objectives,with an aim to provide a useful reference for xxx Tourism College in Guilin to improve its training mode for hotel management talent.
