Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Hotel Internship Effect On Secondary Vocational School Students In Tourism Service And Management

In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,the public travel willingness has increased significantly,which has led to the rapid development of the hotel industry.Hotel industry is the core element of China's tourism industry.Therefore,the development of the hotel industry needs more high-quality,high-standard talents in the new era.As a reserve force for the development of hotel industry,the graduates of tourism service and management major in secondary vocational education play an important role in the development of hotel industry.And many colleges and universities in the training of talents in the hotel practice link makes many secondary vocational students in the hotel industry "knows the difficulties and retreats".There are many shortcomings in the hotel practice of secondary vocational school students.This paper studies the factors affecting the hotel practice effect,finds out the key factors affecting the practice,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the students' practice effect.Based on literature research and interview data,the author extracts seven dimensions that affect the hotel internship of secondary vocational students,namely:personal factors,working conditions,interpersonal relationships,salary training,work content,school training and management mode.According to the seven dimensions extracted,the questionnaire of influencing factors of hotel internship effect for vocational students was designed.Through the statistical analysis of SPSSAU online analysis software,the reliability and validity of the test questionnaire are excellent,suitable for factor analysis.This paper mainly studies the factors affecting the effect of hotel practice for secondary vocational students,and through empirical research to understand the proportion of different factors in the effect of practice.The results show that the six dimensions of working conditions,interpersonal relationships,salary training,job content,school training and management model have significant effects on the practice effect.The factors influencing the effect of internship are: salary,school training,job content,management mode,interpersonal relationship and working conditions.Finally,specific research countermeasures are put forward from three aspects:school,Hotel and individual students,including: school should strengthen practical teaching links in teaching,instructor follow-up guidance,establish school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and arrange internship period rationally;hotel should advocate humanized management concept,reform internship salary system,strengthen Intern training,and establish intern reserve training items.Objectives:Students should correct their attitudes towards internship,clarify the purpose of internship,establish the sense of role change,and enhance their sense of responsibility.
