Science education has always been the focus of our country,It has the characteristics of being interdisciplinary,cultivating all-round development of people,and corresponding to the real world.It is highly unified with the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Education Informatization" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2016.It clearly stated that it is necessary to apply information technology in interdisciplinary learning,and strive to improve students' information literacy,innovation awareness and innovation ability.On March 11,2021,the National People's Congress voted on the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of Long-term Goals for 2035",which pointed out the need to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talent Strategy and innovation drive development strategies,and accelerate the construction of a technologically powerful country.Educational games have natural and fundamental advantages for science learning,and play an important role in cultivating students' overall development.Therefore,this research focuses on how to design and implement Roblox-based elementary school science education games.Take constructivist learning theory,flow theory and situational learning theory as the theoretical foundation,and use interview method and questionnaire survey method as specific research methods.Select students from two fourth-grade classes of a certain elementary school in N city as the research sample to obtain the current situation of the students' learning needs in science courses in the fourth-grade elementary school.Study how educational games should be designed and developed to effectively improve the thinking ability,creativity and innovation ability of primary school students,and construct an educational game design framework based on Roblox.And in accordance with this framework,the course content of Chapter 4,Section 5,"Food in the Body" in the fourth grade "Science" textbook of Education Science Press,is used as the teaching content,and Roblox is used for educational game design and development.Subsequently,the author applied educational games to the teaching of elementary science classes,and used experimental research methods to measure the application effects of educational games.The results of the teaching experiment data show that through the collaborative learning of educational games,students' enthusiasm to actively participate in science lessons can be improved,and the learning effect of educational games can be improved,which is reflected in the improvement of students' knowledge,thinking ability and academic performance.Educational games The auxiliary science classroom teaching model is welcomed by students.At the same time,it was also found that the research application class hours were less and the function module design was not perfect.I hope that in the follow-up research,we will continue to carry out many classroom experiments and optimize the proposed educational game design framework to achieve better research results.
