High school history teacher studio is an important platform to promote the development of history teachers in middle school.It plays an important role in the sharing of resources,cooperation and demonstration.With the introduction of the national medium and long term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020),a large number of teachers' studio.This means that the middle school history teacher studio not only became the cradle of cultivating teaching,teachers teaching backbone and discipline of leading talent,and it is also the key to the development of teacher training,academic exchanges,project funding and other ways.This process requires high school history teacher Studio development,must be based on a series of professional theory,actively promote the professional growth of teachers,the studio leading role,and ultimately the formation of a "win-win" situation.This paper takes T studio teacher as an example,the four aspects of the formation of the program,from the T teacher studio value inspiration T studio teacher role,the history teacher studio comparison and history teacher studio to start,mainly discusses three problems:one is the theoretical basis for the formation of middle school history teacher work room,two is the radiation range of the current history teacher the studio,three is worthy of further exploration and improvement of the middle school history teacher in the studio.Through extensive collection of the relevant literature of the famous studio,sorting out,drawing lessons from and analyzing the characteristics of different famous studio,laying the foundation for the study of the history teacher studio.The case analysis method is used to analyze the typical cases in T studio,and explore the practical methods and functions of the famous studio.To reveal the important role of the history teacher studio to the professional development of history teachers,and to improve the quality of teachers to improve the quality of education and teaching.In order to study T teacher members of the studio,the questionnaire,investigating the basic personal information,work units of T members studio teacher's basic situation,occupation planning and self positioning and T studio teacher development,and analysis of survey results.Based on the analysis of relevant data,summarized the value of enlightenment,T teacher studio produced in the development of teachers and students in two aspects,elaborated the role of teachers in the worth thinking,the incentive system and the construction of the site.Through these studies,we can conclude that the ultimate goal of high school history teacher studio is to promote the improvement of teacher training system,the optimization of teaching staff structure and the improvement of teachers' professional level and teaching ability.
