Middle and long distance running is an important teaching content in middle school,which is of great value to the development of students' physique,the enhancement of their physical ability,the improvement of their will quality and the improvement of their health level.Middle and long-distance running in junior middle school mainly consists of 800 meters(girls)and 1000 meters(boys).As the800-meter and 1000-meter events consume more physical energy,have a longer distance,and have a single movement pattern,it often causes students' low enthusiasm for learning the events,and even have a psychological conflict,result in students 800meters(girls),1000 meters(boys)results are not optimistic,can not promote the physical enhancement of students teaching objectives.In order to better assist in-school and in-class Physical Education Teaching,in response to the sound of "physical education should also have homework outside class",after-class students should be assigned a quantitative allocation of physical education homework,so that the combination of in-class and out-class attention to students' differences,the improvement of students' physical ability level and the results of 800 meters(girls)and 1000 meters(boys)is worth exploring.In the course of this study,the main point of penetration is the extracurricular exercise of the students of grade three of the Bayi experimental middle school in Guangzhou,to explore the level of physical activity and unified physical activity of the third grade students and 800 meters(girls),1000meters(boys)results of the impact.This research mainly uses the experimental method,in the Guangzhou Bayi Experimental Middle School Junior three grades randomly selects two classes for separately experimental class and the control class.The experimental class uses the stratification arrangement sports extracurricular work the way,the control class uses the unified arrangement sports extracurricular work the way.Before and after the experiment,the students of two classes were tested on body shape,body quality,body function,800 meters(girls)and 1000 meters(boys)respectively,and the experimental data were analyzed statistically,to study the effect of stratified homework on 800m(girls)and 1000m(boys)in grade three of junior high school.Draw the following conclusion:1.Compared with the unified pe homework,the stratified pe homework can significantly improve the grade of 800m(girls)and 1000m(boys)in grade three.2.Compared with the control class,the experimental indexes of the experimental class were improved obviously,among which 400 meters,vital capacity and standing long jump scores were improved obviously,and the experimental indexes of the control class were also improved to some extent,but the improvement was small.3.The hierarchical exercise can effectively improve the students' self-confidence and motivation in learning long-distance running and improve their learning attitude,while the unified exercise has no significant effect.
