As long-distance running has become a very popular sport in people's lives,the number of people joining the long-distance running has also multiplied.However,there are few studies on how the public participates in the long-distance running in science.The public still lacks correct sports guidance during the exercise.This paper uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,field survey methods and other research methods to select Beijing long-distance runners as the survey object,through personal participation and interviews to analyze the daily training characteristics of long-distance runners,analyze the current stage of long-distance running Fans have problems in the process of exercise,combined with the actual needs of the sports people,give more scientific advice and guidance to the sport,through the research to draw the following conclusions:1.Long-distance runners differ greatly in their level of sport,and there are obvious differences in the length,number and duration of training.Most of the enthusiasts' training arrangements are not fixed,and they concentrate more on the courses guided by professional coaches,while they are inefficient when they train alone.2.Most long-distance runners have a single training program and lack comprehensive and scientific training methods.When the training plan is formulated,it only stays in a single running volume accumulation,ignoring the physical training and using different strengths and different distances to complete the running,making the training effect unsatisfactory.3.Long-distance runners are less involved in physical flexibility and flexibility in training.These two qualities are the two most easily overlooked in training,and this has caused many enthusiasts' technical movements to be uncoordinated and irregular,which not only affects the training effect,but also increases the hidden dangers of sports injuries.4.Most long-distance runners have experienced injuries during their exercise.The main reason is that enthusiasts pay less attention to the diagnosis of physical health.In the case that the available exercise time is not sufficient,most fans are reluctant to reduce their exercise,so that they can reduce or even ignore the relaxation recovery after exercise.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes the following:1.Increase the proportion of physical training and relaxation exercises in the training program.Not only to improve the level of long-distance running,but also to provide more comprehensive protection for your body.In a limited period of exercise,do not blindly pursue the intensity of exercise,the amount of exercise and reduce the proportion of relaxation.2.Choose the appropriate training program based on your physical health.Before the exercise,professional doctors should develop their own exercise programs according to their personal health status,sports training experience,physical fitness,etc.,so as to better protect the public's health level in sports.In addition,the promotion of exercise prescriptions for the promotion of exercise patterns and exercise intensity,so that more people realize that the diagnosis of health is the core basis for determining all exercise plans.3.Reasonable learning from the training concept of professional athletes can improve the exercise effect.The training concepts and training programs owned by professional athletes can provide a good basis for the public's daily sports.In a limited amount of exercise time,concentrate physical strength and energy to get the best exercise results.
