The primary school stage is an important stage of cognitive sports.The students'good physical fitness and physical energy reserves will directly affect the learning and control of various sports skills and are crucial to the development of lifelong sports.In order to improve the enthusiasm of students in indoor physical education classes,we need to design physical exercises that can be performed in an indoor environment so that students can practice physical exercises in class and enjoy the ubiquitous pleasure of sports.Combining the outdoor physical education class with the indoor physical education lesson,the two school sports forms complement each other and play a role of one plus one more than two.In order to implement the spirit of the"Opinions of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council on Strengthening the Physical Education to Strengthen the Physical Fitness of Adolescents,"[1]school sports must achieve a corresponding teaching effect whether it is in outdoor physical education classes or in indoor physical education classes.This article uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the experiment method,the logic analysis method,the mathematical statistics method and other methods to understand the development of the indoor physical education class in the primary school of Jiefang District,Jiaozuo City,including the contents of the indoor physical education curriculum,organization form,teaching methods,teaching materials,The use of equipment and other aspects of understanding.Analyze the problems encountered in practical teaching in indoor physical education classes and try to find out ways and means to solve the problems.Let students not only enjoy outdoor physical education but also enjoy indoor sports lessons.Indoor physical education lessons can be performed through various interesting physical exercises to allow students to fully participate in the classroom of indoor physical education.In the indoor physical education class,flexible exercises,sensitive reaction exercises,strength exercises,balance exercises,speed exercises,etc.can be performed in the form of single-person exercises,double-person exercises,tri-group exercises,and multi-person exercises to cultivate students'sense of cooperation.Change the combination of different forms to learn and add fun to the classroom.Through the implementation of these designs,students found that students liked such indoor sports lessons,and the classroom atmosphere was active and high.These relatively novel exercises make students'interest in learning go high and they are more willing to practice with teachers.In particular,some pairs,trios,and more people will practice a sense of solidarity and cooperation.The classroom atmosphere is light and lively.The vast majority of students can complete their actions on their own as required to achieve the desired learning effect.Due to the small scope of activities in the classroom and the lack of teaching equipment,schools can also encourage teachers to innovate in indoor teaching equipment and allow more physical education teachers to participate in the design of indoor physical education.In the design of content,we must continue to be comprehensive and diversified,so that students are full of yearning for indoor sports lessons.
