In China, sports and health course includes two parts. One part is carried out on the playground, which emphasize sports skills and physical exercises. The other part is carried out in the classroom, which mainly teaches the basic knowledge of sports and health, accounting for 7% of the course. However, since 2013, schools have to frequently suspend outdoor classes in northeast China because of the smoggy weather and it tend to be worse somehow. There has been a 14-day smoggy weather in Shijiazhuang, which also set the longest record over past 6 years. The local education authority will cancel or postpone all kinds of outdoor sports if this kind of weather appear, and require schools to reduce the outdoor physical activities at the same time. As a result, it will increase the number of indoor classes, make students stay at a non-motion state. Faced with the decline of students’health situation and the change of environment, we start to change our minds as well as the range and way of the implementation of the course. It is necessary for us to develop and design the indoor physical practice.At present we have not related on the syllabus of indoor physical training on how to arrange, hope this study can be for the vast number of teachers in this when the weather is not suitable for outdoor sports, help in indoor arrangement of physical exercise.Faced with such situation, first-line teachers need a new class model to bring the indoor class that emphasize physical practice into reality. This paper designed the content of indoor physical exercises for pupils by consulting the literature related to physical exercises, consulting experts and communicates with first-line teachers, and combining with the characteristics of primary school students. The feasibility of the class carried out in the classroom is verified through the experimentalIndoor physical exercises design principle of \"health first\" as the guiding ideology, takes student’s main body status, and individual differences. In the curriculum practice to cultivate students’ ability of autonomous learning, mutual help and cooperation. Practice content selection level suitable for the corresponding period of student’s body and mind development needs, give priority to in order to complete physical exercises, not take separate a particular aspect of practice. In the process of learning, let the students master the skill movements of the basic physical exercises and improving the students’physical quality, promote students’physical and mental coordination and comprehensive development.In the weather is not suitable for outdoor sports, practice content by the body of the novel, to attract students to indoor sports curriculum, let the student feel different indoor gym, change students, just like the outdoor physical education don’t like on indoor physical education concept. Elementary school physical education, indoor physical exercises have 22 kinds of exercises, including flexible practice; Strength training; Speed practice; Balance and coordination exercises; Sensitive reaction ability. These content through the combination of different forms, namely to meet students in physical education class, the purpose of physical exercise is to indoor sports classroom teaching content is rich.In 30 classes, a total of 18 section is the classroom into the body practice course. In teaching the same time, using SPSS17.0 software system to analyze the experimental data, elementary school physical education, indoor physical exercise has promoting effect to 50 meters results; Has significant effect to flexible fall prevention; For a minute skip ineffective; To improve the students plays a very significant role sit-ups In a minute.
