In 2018,the classroom teaching suggestions of "senior high school sports and health curriculum standard(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard)clearly put forward "to ensure a certain amount of exercise load",and "arrange about 10 minutes of physical exercise in each class".Through the methods of literature review, teaching experiment and questionnaire survey, based on combing the research on the physical development of senior high school students at home and abroad,on the basis of the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard on the "physical" teaching content, combined with the characteristics of senior high school students' physical and mental development and the sensitive period of physical development, the research designed a set of classroom teaching methods for senior high school physical education and health In order to observe the applicability and teaching effect, and further modify the program,we further used the designed exercise program in the physical education and health class of six senior high school classes. The physical exercise program designed by the research institute is a beneficial exploration in the front-line teaching research field of high school physical education and health course;the research provides physical education teachers with the purpose of selecting the matching physical exercise program according to the main teaching content of each class and considering the compensation. The conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to develop students' cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, muscle strength and muscle endurance, agility, balance, coordination, explosive power, speed, reaction time and other nine qualities,a total of 27 sets of classroom physical exercise programs suitable for senior high school physical education and health classes were designed.(2)In order to develop students' cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, muscle strength and muscle endurance, agility, balance, coordination, explosive power, speed, reaction time and other nine qualities,a total of 27 sets of classroom physical exercise programs suitable for senior high school physical education and health classes were designed.(3)The results of physical fitness monitoring before and after the teaching experiment showed that the common indexes of male and female students(sitting forward,50 m and standing long jump)were improved in varying degrees, among which the standing long jump and sitting forward were significantly different;except for boys' 1000 m and girls' 800 m and1min sit ups,the other indexes were greatly improved, and the differences were significant. It shows that the physical exercise program designed in this study has a positive role in promoting the improvement of students' physical ability.(4)The results of FMS functional movement screening before and after the teaching experiment showed that the FMS score of the experimental class students increased from 13.95 to 15.56,and the difference was significant, which indicated that the designed classroom physical exercise program had a positive role in improving students' sports performance to a certain extent.(5)The results of the test of the high school students' interest level evaluation scale of physical education before and after the teaching experiment show that the scores of the students in the experimental class have been increased from 79.46 to 86.17,which shows that the students' interest in physical education and health classes is significantly improved. The further analysis of the reasons should be attributed to the characteristics and interest of the physical training programs in the classroom designed by the Institute The advantages stimulate the students' interest in sports learning to some extent.
