| As an important part of colleges and universities,the quality and efficiency of financial department directly affect the management efficiency of colleges and universities.However,the financial departments of colleges and universities often have many problems in the daily information financial service process,such as low efficiency,complicated and rigid system workflow,the lack of stability,interaction and friendliness of financial management platform,which leads to the insufficient play of the financial department’s professional service guarantee advantages.In view of this,this paper intends to explore and summarize the problems of financial services in Colleges and Universities under the background of information based on the method of field investigation and questionnaire survey,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions combined with the research conclusions,which will provide reference for optimizing financial services of colleges and universities.This paper combined the background of the development of the information age and the historical trend of the connotation development of the University,on the basis of the necessity of the research,guided by the functional management theory,starting from the current situation of the financial service of H University,through questionnaire investigation and evidence collection,obtained the deficiencies and problems in the financial services of H University,and then analyzed the causes of the problems and deficiencies,Then,according to the academic suggestions and measures on the financial reform and optimization of colleges and universities,the paper put forward effective suggestions and reform ideas for the optimization of financial services of H University.In the process of specific research,this paper analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the information financial management and service of H University Based on "effective satisfaction" and "satisfaction" of respondents as the alternative variable.Meanwhile,based on the questionnaire survey,this paper,based on the specific explanatory variables under "personnel" and "system",and referring to the master-slave order of the factors influencing satisfaction under "effective satisfaction",put forward some targeted measures and methods and suggestions for the financial management and service optimization of H University based on empirical analysis and test.The research found that in the process of strengthening the information construction,H University should be carried out from two aspects: personnel and system.In the aspect of personnel construction,H University should strengthen the following construction:(1)to build efficiency standards under the background of information technology(2)To improve the comprehensive quality of management personnel(3)Strengthen and establish the concept of "active service".In the aspect of "system" construction,H University should focus on the following three aspects:(1)simplify the business process set by the system(2)Supplement and optimize the communication channels of the platform(3)Strengthen the security and stability construction of network system.This paper took H University as an example to analyze the problems and reasons in the financial service of colleges and universities,and made judgment on the main and subordinate order of the reasons according to the scoring results,found out some important reasons that affect the relatively low quality of information finance of H University,and based on this,it made an order judgment on the construction field of the optimization of the information financial service of H University.However,the conclusion may not be necessarily suitable for all the financial departments in the information financial service optimization requirements.However,the evaluation and judgment methods used in this paper may be correct measurements for their financial service optimization. |
