Project-based learning is very suitable for art teaching under the new curriculum reform,with the efforts of many educators,the theoretical system of project-based learning has matured,but the implementation of project-based learning in real teaching contexts is difficult.The author has continued to explore to adapt to the general educational environment in China and has refined the theory of triadic connections.The triadic linkage is a concretization of the direction of instructional design and implementation of teaching activities in project-based learning,which can be easily introduced into teaching practice.The introductory section of Chapter 1 begins with an explanation of the origins and significance of this thesis,while an analysis of theories related to project-based learning prepares the ground for the subsequent study,and concludes with a brief description of the research content and methodology.In the second chapter,based on the investigation of project-based learning teaching methods,the triadic connection theory is extracted.Based on real-life situations created by the triad of subject,self and life,basic questions are set to allow students to experience the process of thinking and undertaking,performance and development,reflection and transcendence,and to develop cooperative,creative and transferable literacies.The third chapter firstly understands students' learning through a questionnaire survey,secondly illustrates the adaptability of project-based learning to the current stage of high school students from the perspectives of psychological development and future development,and finally illustrates the operability of the triadic connection and clarifies teaching ideas in the context of the high school art appreciation curriculum standards and teaching contents.Chapter 4takes the project topic of 'Program and Implication Chinese Traditional Painting' and develops the teaching design and practice in three thematic projects: landscape painting,figure painting and flower and bird painting,and reflects on and evaluates the projects.Chapter 5 summarises the effectiveness of the teaching practice and affirms the positive effect of the triadic linkage theory on the teaching of art appreciation in senior secondary schools.Based on the results of the practice,recommendations are made and the future is looked forward to in order to contribute to the development of art education.
