| There is a very close relationship between the attention of primary school students and their learning ability,especially for the primary school students aged 8-9who are in the stage of learning improvement.The improvement of attention is conducive to the improvement of academic performance and the development of learning ability.Studies have shown that moderate physical activity training can significantly improve people’s concentration levels.In recent years,sports dance with its unique fitness and aesthetic education function is deeply loved by social groups and promoted by schools,and has gained a good and strong mass foundation.The rumba,the basic dance of Dancesport,has its unique rhythmic form and technical characteristics,which makes it more conducive to the development of primary school students’ attention.This paper mainly through the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to 8 to 9years old with rumba training pupils attention influence as the research object,select zero rumba and has more than a year and a half rumba basis of 8 to 9 years old elementary school students as subjects,observe the subjects in rumba study the change of the attention,find out the rumba exercise for 8 to 9 years old elementary students attention,attention span,attention stability and attention distribution of four aspects the attention of the quality,the effect of training for the rumba for 8 to 9 years old elementary students attention quality improvement to provide practical and theoretical basis,Incorporate dancesport training and rumba teaching into the promotion of attention improvement.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The experimental results show that rumba training can improve the attention level of students aged 8-9,and rumba training has the most significant effect on the attention stability of students aged 8-9,but has no obvious effect on the attention shift level.(2)The rumba training had a significant effect on the improvement of the attention span and attention stability level of the 8-9 year old rumba students,but had no significant effect on the improvement of their attention distribution and attention shift level.(3)The rumba training has a significant effect on the development of the attention span,attention stability and attention distribution of the 8-9 year old students who have learned three periods(90 lessons),but has no significant effect on the promotion of the attention shift of the students of this age.Meanwhile,among students in this age group,the longer the rumba learning time is,the better the attention distribution level develops,indicating that the earlier the rumba teaching is arranged in the teaching plan of students in this age group,the more obvious the improvement of their attention distribution will be.(4)Through this teaching experiment,the conclusion of data comparison proves that the longer the children learn Latin dance and rumba,the better the attention level of students aged 8-9. |
