Attention is the basic ability to learn, has been to school education workers and concerns of the parents of students. For primary school students, good attention is a prerequisite for good learning habit, so it is necessary to carry out their attention training and improve their level of attention.The paper explores the design of training courses for primary school students aimed at the needs of primary school students' attention training,the training course is divided into three stages: the first stage is the focus of the attention of mechanical activity training stage, the second stage is the stage of Chinese language immersion attention training, and the third stage is the stage of mathematical infiltration attention training. Finally, in order to test the effectiveness of pupils' attention training courses, two classes of the second grade in a primary school were selected as the experimental class and the control class, the experimental class was carryed out attention training courses while in the control class without training, these two classes were measured before and after by using'attention test'. Finally, the results of the study show that: Primary attention training course meets the needs of parents for primary school attention training. After 6 weeks of practice training, the attention training course of primary school students can effectively improve the level of attention of the students in grade two. In the dimension of attention,attention training course has the most obvious effect on improving the stability of attention. So in this paper, the attention training course of primary school students is reasonable and effective. It has guiding significance for the future development of attention training in schools.
