With the growing society's demand for higher-level talents,the promotion of academic qualifications has become a problem facing our college students presently.Thus,the postgraduate entrance examination is the main way for them to improve their academic qualifications.In order to be more competitive in the exam,candidates will choose to participate in the postgraduate entrance examination training courses to improve their learning efficiency.major postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,to recruit more students,have also launched postgraduate entrance examination products to meet the needs of candidates out there.This paper studies the postgraduate entrance examination products of XDF Education and Technology Group.By means of literature research,case analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the marketing status quo of the postgraduate entrance examination products of XDF Education and Technology Group,and finds out the existing problems and reasons behind.And then,PEST analysis is applied to analyze the external environment of the products from the aspects of opportunities and challenges.Finally,this paper designs the targeted marketing strategy for the postgraduate entrance examination products by using STP and 7Ps marketing theory.Through the research of this thesis,the authors,on the one hand,hopes to give optimization suggestions on the marketing strategy of the postgraduate entrance examination products of XDF Education and Technology Group,so as to improve the operating efficiency,maintain the competitive advantages and expand its market share;on the other hand,the author also hopes to provide reference value and insights for the marketing strategy of other peer companies...
