Educational excursions is a kind of off campus education activity,which is organized and arranged by education departments and schools in a planned way.It is a combination of research study and travel experience through collective travel and centralized accommodation.It is an innovative form of school education and off campus education.Since the Ministry of education and other 11 ministries and commissions jointly issued the"opinions on promoting primary and secondary school students educational excursions"in 2016,the development of educational excursions is booming,and the market scale is expanding,causing extensive discussion in the tourism and education circles.But behind the prosperity and development of educational excursions,there are many problems,such as"paying more attention to tourism than learning","market chaos","serious homogenization of products",etc.these problems reflect the lack of Regional educational excursions planning and the imperfection of educational excursions development theory,and also show that educational excursions,as a new thing of deep integration of education and tourism,needs more theories and methods to solve them Carry out planning guidance.Starting from the complexity characteristics of educational excursions and its demand for self adaptation,this paper attempts to introduce the complex adaptive Systems theory of complexity science,and make an in-depth analysis of the development of educational excursions from a new research perspective.Based on the connotation of complex adaptive Systems theory,this paper seeks the conjunction of educational excursions system and complex adaptability system,and constructs a regional educational excursions system Based on the basic model of educational excursions development,this paper puts forward the corresponding regional educational excursions planning strategies to help the long-term development of educational excursions.This paper first expounds the core content of complex adaptive Systems theory(hereinafter referred to as CAS Theory),that is,adaptability creates complexity,and combs the related research progress of CAS theory,educational excursions and other main research objects.On this basis,it summarizes three methods of CAS adapting to regional planning,and makes it clear that the regional scope of this paper is prefecture level region according to the particularity of educational excursions planning,this paper puts forward the main path of applying CAS theory to regional educational excursions planning--promotion planning method,which is to enhance the dynamic mechanism in the development system of regional educational excursions and enhance the adaptability of the whole educational excursions system to the external environment through planning.The dynamic mechanism comes from the division of complexity and adaptability of regional educational excursions system from the perspective of CAS theory.Secondly,based on the adaptability principle of CAS theory,this paper makes a systematic discussion on the development of regional research travel,traces back to the causes of various maladjustment behaviors of research travel,and puts forward four principles of regional research travel planning:(1)focus on students and integrate the perspective of education;(2)clarify the hierarchical structure and integrate the system;(3)rely on local resources to create characteristics;(4)improve the tourism elements and emphasize multi-party linkage.To enhance the scientificity and adaptability of the planning of regional educational excursions from the source.Thirdly,by introducing the subject concept and three mechanisms of CAS(Tag,internal model and building block),and studying the adaptive relationship and mechanism performance among the major subjects of educational excursions,this paper constructs a regional educational excursions model with the adaptation principle as the underlying development logic,three mechanisms as the horizontal dimension,and the same subject(a1-a2),different subject(a-b)and The higher level subject(A-B)as the vertical dimension Based on the adaptive development model of regional educational excursions,three driving forces of regional educational excursions are obtained:stability,adaptability and innovation.According to the relevant documents and the characteristics of educational excursions,the corresponding planning ideas and strategies are put forward for the two parts of planning:stability and adaptability:(1)T(a1-a2):Students'educational excursions demand system;(2)M(a1-a2):the core planning frame of educational excursions systems;(3)T(a-b):the exploration of multi-agent cooperation path of educational excursions;(4)M(a-b):educational excursions product system and cooperation paradigm;(5)T(a-b):"+educational excursions"concept interpretation;(6)M(a-b):planning assumption of educational excursions community.Finally,Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province is selected as the case area of this paper.Combined with the previous adaptive planning strategy and the general situation of Jinhua's educational excursions development,this paper puts forward the planning scheme of Jinhua's educational excursions,and focuses on the application of the planning strategy in the core system of educational excursions base system,educational excursions curriculum system.This paper has both theoretical and practical significance for educational excursions planning,but it is only a preliminary exploration,and lack of data analysis and case support.In the future,with the deepening of research theories and methods,it is expected that the related research on educational excursions planning can be improved in practice.
