Social Adaptation Group Of Urban Empty Nesters In The Era Of Intelligent Life Practical Research

With the development of science and technology in China and the rapid development of information technology such as Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,intelligent life and service go deep into people's life,profoundly changing people's production and life style and improving social governance and service efficiency.While intelligent services bring convenience and rapidity to young people,they also bring a great barrier to the life of the elderly.The problem of "digital divide" faced by the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent.Due to the lack of family children' assistance,the urban empty nesters are more difficult in a variety of intelligent life situations,and there are all kinds of maladjustments,which cause certain harm to their body and mind,and then affect their sense of happiness and acquisition in their later life.The purpose of this paper is to study how to narrow the gap between urban empty nesters and intelligent life,use intelligent technology to help empty nesters,and enhance the social adaptability of empty nesters in the era of intelligent life.Taking D community in Chongqing as an example,based on the theory of system and ecology,and the action mode of group social work,and based on the analysis of the social adaptation needs of urban empty nesters in the era of intelligent life,this paper designs a six section group work plan,from the individual level-the cultivation of the elderly's adaptability to intelligent life,the environmental level-the nourishing cultivation of various life situations in the era of intelligent life,and the cultivation of human beings in order to meet the needs of survival adaptation,relationship adaptation and development adaptation of urban empty nesters,this paper explores the coping practice of social adaptation promotion of urban empty nesters in the era of intelligent life from three levels: the learning interaction process of interpersonal communication field of the elderly and the interaction process of demand expression and environmental improvement of the elderly,so as to better help urban empty nesters The elderly adapt to the development of intelligent life era.Through the effectiveness evaluation of the group,the results show that the social adaptation group is effective and valuable,the adaptability of urban empty nesters to intelligent life has been improved,the nourishment of various life situations in the era of intelligent life has been gradually enhanced,and the interaction between urban empty nesters and the environment has been enhanced.Based on the thinking and discussion of the research,this paper puts forward: the theory of system and ecological perspective has guiding significance for promoting the practice of social adaptation of urban empty nesters;group social work is one of the effective ways to cultivate the social adaptation of urban empty nesters,but to carry out group work should pay attention to multi system participation,activity arrangement should be closely linked,and also pay attention to the continuity and extension of the group.
