The Application Of Group Social Work Method In The Construction Of Urban Empty-nest Elderly Mutual Aid Networ

With the progress and development of society and the aging of population,the quality of life and physical and mental health needs of the elderly have attracted more and more attention.In the process of population aging,affected by the family planning policy,under specific historical conditions,with the change of family structure,the number of empty nesters in China has increased rapidly.At the same time,the pressure of society on the elderly is increasing,the ability of child care is limited,and can not provide stable social support.The concept of life and health needs of the elderly are also higher and higher.In the improvement,the needs of the elderly homeless face greater and more complex difficulties.Therefore,establishing and improving the mutual aid network of empty nesters is an effective measure and mechanism to improve the social support network of empty nesters.This study takes the social work practice of the elderly in empty nest community as the research object to explore the application effect of collective social work methods in the empty nest construction of urban elderly.The first part of this paper mainly discusses the living needs and social support network of empty nesters through the evaluation and analysis of the needs of empty nesters.The second part expounds the problems of the nestless elderly,such as the lack of children's company,the lack of social communication,the limited social support resources and the restriction of social environment The main reason for these problems is the elderly's understanding and support function for the change of family structure.Changes in social development and deficiencies in the social welfare security system.The third part is the analysis and evaluation of the practice process of community non nest elderly self-help groups.The fourth part is the analysis and Reflection on the role of community non nest elderly self-help groups in building networks.Through the research,it is found that community work has played a positive role in building a mutual aid network for the empty nest elderly.Mutual aid group provides a peer-centered information exchange platform,which improves mutual aid ability,mutual aid awareness and community participation.It is hoped that this study can enrich the application of social work methods in the mutual aid network of urban empty nesters and provide a reference for the construction of the mutual aid network of urban empty nesters.
