The Research On The Stress Relief Measures For Caregivers In Rural Family With Disabled Chldren

Disabled children are special vulnerable groups,they are both children and disabled,more need to get social attention and help.At present,the development of disability undertakings in China is limited and the regional development is not balanced.Most disabled children live in families with their families providing a range of rehabilitation care.But backward rural economy level,medical conditions,rehabilitation education resource scarcity,in this environment of the disabled children and their family caregivers is faced with many problems,under pressure from all aspects,and with their children suicide extreme events such as going to alarm us,need to cause the whole society wide attention from all walks of life.Therefore,it is increasingly important to pay attention to the pressure status and practical needs of the family caregivers of rural disabled children and strengthen support and help for them.This paper mainly studies the family caregivers of rural disabled children,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method,etc.,investigating the stress and needs of the family caregivers of rural disabled children in X County,Jiangxi Province,and analyzing the family caregivers of rural disabled children in the process of taking care of pressures facing difficulties and the causes of stress and realistic demand.The survey found that the family caregivers of rural disabled children are predominantly female,and generally have greater physical,psychological and social pressure,and greater needs and expectations for economic and medical resources,rehabilitation information and skills,emotional support and rational cognition,respect and social interaction.According to the study,the reasons for these problems include the following aspects: First,the economic foundation of rural areas is weak,medical rehabilitation resources are scarce and the burden is heavy;Second,the rural family caregivers have a low level of education and lack the necessary care and education skills;Third,caregivers have cognitive biases towards children and themselves,and do not receive professional guidance and help;Fourth,the social support of family caregivers is insufficient,with weak formal support and poor informal support.On this basis,the theory of cognitive behavior and the social support theory,this paper from the government,organizations,social work and communities throughout the four main body of support,putting forward countermeasures and suggestions,including the improvement of the family caregivers policy,improving the welfare security mechanism;supporting the development of professional institutions and improving the support system for caregivers;giving play to the advantages of social work and building a mutual support network;promoting mental health knowledge and building a disabled friendly community.Through these to relieve the pressure of the family caregivers of rural disabled children,and promote its social support of diversified main body gradually formed,so as to promote physical and mental health development of disabled children and their family caregivers.
