A Study On The Development Of Community Social Work

Under the background of the comprehensively promoting social governance and system innovation,further strengthening the community construction and community service,the development of community social work has become the inevitable choice and requirement for current comprehensive development of society.In recent years,under the guidance of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,all regions have combined with reality to promote community social work,The talent for community social work grows,the posts for community social work develop orderly,the service organizations of community social work increase rapidly,the services of community social work continue to deepen.The role emerge preliminary in responding to community's need,improving community service level,promoting community harmony and development etc.In the process of promoting community social work,The explore in Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Chongqing and other places formed their own certain regional model.In order to clear direction of social work involving in community service and accelerate the development of community social work,the author used the literature method,comparative method,interview and participation observation,Through sorting out and contrast the measures and results which promote community social work in Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Chongqing etc.On this basis,across the country,according to the experience exchange materials in the meeting of national community social work associations linked",We combs and classify the difficulties and problems reflected by all provinces and regions,the anthor got the common problems in the development of community social work in our country and made a proper exposition.In order to increase the depth and academic nature of the research,the author uses entrepreneur government theory and synergetic governance theory as the theoretical basis of this study,By using these theories to explain the difficulties in community social work and direct corresponding countermeasures to put forward.The author puts forward the countermeasures,against the general problem of community social work development in China,namely: improving the professional capacity of community social workers,accelerating the development of social work organization,forming more effective funding guarantee mechanism,establishing more smooth work mechanism,innovating publicity to create good development's atmosphere,building more perfect policy system,developing and norming community social work posts,improving community social workers salary and occupational status,improving the mechanism for "three associations linked" and "two workers interaction",strengthening the government procurement services supervision and evaluation.The author hopes to implement these measures,which will effectively promote the professionalization,specialization,localization and institutionalization of community social work in our country,and accelerate the integration of social work and community construction in a wider range,higher level and wider field.Undeniably,because of the author's shortcomings in the using of research methods,grasping the research theory,analysis of research problems still exist,which will affected the effect and depth of this study to a certain extent.
