| In recent years,China's volleyball industry has made remarkable development.After Lang Ping led the Chinese women's volleyball team to win the 10 th consecutive championship,people's attention to volleyball has been greatly improved.However,in junior high school campus,the development of volleyball is not satisfactory.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate 489 students and 55 physical education teachers from 13 junior middle schools in East District of Panzhihua City,and interviews 13 school leaders from 13 junior middle schools respectively.After collecting the questionnaire and sorting out the questionnaire information and interview information,it is found that the campus of junior middle school in East District of Panzhihua City is not perfect There are some problems in the development of volleyball(1)Most of the students can realize the value of volleyball,but the necessity of volleyball teaching is low.At the same time,most of the students lack the necessary understanding of volleyball.In this case,the enthusiasm of students to participate in volleyball is not high,the vast majority of students rarely or never participate in volleyball.At present,the motivation of junior high school students to participate in volleyball is relatively single,most of the students participate for the purpose of physical examination,or participate passively in physical education curriculum.In addition,the level of students' volleyball skills is not high,and volleyball practice is mainly concentrated in a few skills,such as serve,cushion,pass and so on.(2)There is a shortage of volleyball teachers,especially high-level volleyball teaching talents.Among the existing volleyball teachers in Panzhihua East District,less than 10% of them have bachelor's degree and master's degree.At the same time,the special volleyball teachers and professional volleyball teachers in Panzhihua east district are insufficient and unevenly distributed,mainly concentrated in several volleyball characteristic schools.In addition,volleyball teachers lack the opportunity of volleyball special training and participation in continuing education,which further limits the growth of volleyball teachers.(3)In terms of volleyball teaching arrangement,the teaching content is relatively single,with obvious exam oriented education tendency.For a few volleyball skills that are required by the senior high school entrance examination,PE teachers generally take them as the teaching content.But for the skills that are not required by the senior high school entrance examination,especially the skills and tactics applied to volleyball matches,few volleyball teachers carry out in-depth teaching.(4)School leaders do not pay enough attention to volleyball,and there are still some deficiencies in the construction of volleyball venues and equipment,which limit students' participation in volleyball and teachers' volleyball teaching.(5)The proportion of junior middle schools in Panzhihua East District to arrange volleyball special courses is low,especially in the first and second stage of junior middle school.Some schools only offer volleyball special courses in the third stage of junior middle school.At the same time,most schools make insufficient use of their spare time.Only a few schools actively set up Volleyball pairs and use their spare time to carry out volleyball training and participate in volleyball competitions.(6)The evaluation mechanism of volleyball course is not perfect.At present,only a few schools have developed a special evaluation mechanism for volleyball teaching.Most of the schools evaluate volleyball teachers according to the evaluation mechanism of physical education teaching,which is lack of pertinence.In view of the above problems existing in the development of junior high school volleyball in Panzhihua East District,this paper finally puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions one by one. |
