Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed to adhere to the development path of cultural confidence.On January 25,2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Inheritance Project of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture,pointing out that the excellent traditional Chinese culture should be integrated into art and physical education in an all-round way.Under the trend of national curriculum reform,it is necessary to construct the characteristic curriculum of fine arts with traditional culture as the core.The author takes the "shoulder cloud" element of Hanfu as the carrier to conduct a practical research on the construction of fine arts characteristic curriculum in primary and secondary schools,sort out relevant content at home and abroad,and sort out the knowledge related to "shoulder cloud" element.As one of the important parts of the costumes of the Han ,"Cloud Shoulder" not only has excellent ornamental value,but also its patterns are derived from natural elements and express people's aesthetic attitude of admiring nature.The exaggerated and generalized shape is the artistic expression of artistic treatment.The extensive application of "shoulder of cloud" elements in design makes us see that creative practice is an effective way to inherit traditional culture.The study of "Cloud Shoulders" course plays a positive role in promoting the development of students' core artistic accomplishment.Through interviews,the author mainly understood the construction status of featured courses of fine arts in Chengdu High-tech Zone.Through questionnaires,the author learned about students' cognition of the element of "Cloud Shoulders" of Hanfu.Combined with the courses already carried out,the author summarized some valuable practical experience and summarized some common problems encountered in the construction of featured courses.Through literature research,action research,case analysis and other methods,according to the actual situation,this paper conducts a practical research on the construction of fine arts characteristic curriculum,hoping to show a relatively complete and effective characteristic curriculum construction case,which has certain reference value,and also makes a contribution to the development of excellent traditional culture.This paper is divided into five parts.Part I: Introducing the background,significance and methods of this research.The second part: to the fine arts characteristic curriculum,the concept of curriculum construction,the meaning of the construction of a simple elaboration.The third part: analyze the value of "Cloud Shoulders" from three aspects:nature,art and creativity.The fourth part:(1)According to the art curriculum standards of primary and secondary schools to develop "Cloud Shoulders" art curriculum objectives.(2)According to the theory of constructivism,through exploration,from the shape,pattern,color and other aspects of the "shoulder of clouds",the course content is constructed by learning sections.(3)Put forward three implementation paths: daily curriculum penetration,club curriculum improvement,and campus activities divergence,through the integration of shoulder of cloud elements with national textbook content,micro-class and online teaching,knowledge integration of different disciplines,project-based learning and other strategies.The value of this study is confirmed by case analysis.(4)Referred to "developmental curriculum evaluation theory" and "multiple intelligence theory",the process evaluation and multiple evaluation were explored.At the same time,combining with the school sunshine evaluation system,the evaluation gauge of "Cloud Shoulders" characteristic fine arts course was constructed.Part V: Summarizing and reflecting on it,it is necessary to integrate school teaching strength,integrate social resources,develop cultural and creative products,etc.,and do a better job in the construction of characteristic art courses in primary and secondary schools.
