In 2019,GBF [2019] No.29 "guiding opinions on promoting the reform of high school education mode in the new era" was officially issued.This "guiding opinions" is based on the cultivation of new people in the era of national rejuvenation,which has important guiding significance for the implementation of education reform,promoting the development of high school education and improving the overall quality of the people.In the teaching of history,it is the fundamental task to strengthen the core quality education of family and country feelings.In high school history teaching,the proper use of local resources can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,activate the classroom atmosphere,but also enhance students' feelings of home and country.My hometown,Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,is a beautiful place.It is located in the northwest of Hunan Province,at the junction of Hunan,Hubei,Guizhou and Chongqing.It is the only autonomous prefecture of ethnic minorities in our province,and the proportion of ethnic minorities accounts for more than 80%.The ethnic culture here is gorgeous and colorful,and the local history resources here are very rich.However,the effective combination of local culture resources in Western Hunan and history classroom teaching in senior high school still has many shortcomings in theory and practice,which need to be actively explored.The school I work in is Xiangxi Ethnic Middle School.Inheriting the ethnic culture is our important task.Therefore,how to better use Xiangxi local cultural resources in high school history teaching is worthy of serious discussion.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad;The second part is an overview of Xiangxi local culture,including the cultural factors and artistic characteristics of Xiangxi local culture,and an investigation of the use of Xiangxi local resources in history classroom;The third part describes the principles and requirements of the application of Xiangxi local culture in history class;The fourth part is to put forward my own thinking and suggestions on the development and utilization of Xiangxi local resources;The fifth part is the general conclusion of the research.
