| With the deepening and development of the reform of basic education,the new curriculum reform has surged forward over the past two decades.Under the initiative of the new curriculum reform,schools made students themselves conduct most of classroom learning and left the setting and expansion of teaching content to teachers.As a result,the subject of exploring knowledge changed,truly achieving multiple and personalized development.Xinzhou No.1 middle school has responded to the call of the reform positively,kept learning and exploring and gradually formed a distinctive education mode of “ Big Three-step Teaching Method”.In the meanwhile,the mode has standardized the classes and has made the education of the school develop by leaps and bounds and the students make progress steadily.The excellent performance has also been recognized by lots of counterparts.Times are developing and changing constantly.The rapid-developing school are also facing some problems.I carried out relevant research through reading literature,questionnaire,interview and practice,combining with my working experience,and organized some problems in current teaching:·Links of class are rigid.·Students’ preview and teachers’ teaching do not match.·Supervision and guidance are inadequate.·Students do not actively participate in class presentation or just make it limited to form.·The characteristics of history teaching does not stand out.·Poor quality of relevant exercises cannot match with history teaching.·Students are not interested in learning or have little self-discipline.In this regard,in the paper I put forward some optimizing strategies mainly based on the constructivist theory and the requirements of curriculum reform,from two aspects of teachers and students and four links.In terms of students,it is mainly to improve their own learning enthusiasm,using various forms and combining various forces to conduct psychological counseling for them after class,and let them make and carry out plans actively and willingly rather than out of the school’s policy.For teachers,they should play a macro-control role in class,mainly screening the preview content before class,setting reasonable learning objectives,and resolving the preview content according to the actual teaching progress;In class,attention should be paid to the guidance of students’ methods,stratified teaching,multi-aspect evaluation of students,humanistic education for students;Teachers are supposed to constantly promote personal professional ability,strengthen scientific research,establish a sense of community,and use the opportunity of collective teaching and research to improve the overall quality of teaching.The paper demonstrates the problems of Big Three-step teaching Method and points out how to remedy the deficiency in the specific operation and enhance the efficiency of classroom learning,using the optimizing methods based on teaching practice.I hope this article could provide some inspiration for the schools and teachers that refer to the teaching mode,help students in many ways and promote the educational level of educators,conforming to the curriculum reform. |
