Education is a key issue for the sustainable development of our country.The progress of regional education is directly related to the development of children and the future of our nation.As a result,a great deal of energy and time has been devoted to educational research and change in all parts of the world.Among them,one of the main contents of the curriculum reform in the new period is the reform of classroom teaching methods.How to evaluate the quality of a class is mainly how much the students improve their knowledge from the limited time and how much they learn from the methods,how much to improve the core literacy and so on are the new classroom teaching methods need to be in-depth and comprehensive consideration of the core issues.The core goal of education is "what kind of people to train,how to train people.".Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made it a fundamental task of education to build up moral character,to insist on education serving the socialist modernization education and serving the people.Through the combination of teaching design honed repeatedly by teachers and efficient classroom teaching mode,students' intelligence can be effectively promoted,thus realizing the basic goal of "cultivating moral character".At present,the research on classroom teaching methods at home and abroad shows a state of blooming everywhere and a hundred schools of thought contend.Currently,among the most recognized new classroom teaching methods in the reform of teaching methods in international education are the American cooperative learning method,the Direct instruction,the concept teaching method,the Suchman inquiry teaching method,and the classroom discussion teaching method,role-playing teaching method:A random combination of "diversified" classroom teaching method and "perception-inquiry"teaching method in Germany.All provinces,cities and even schools in China have explored teaching methods that meet their own actual conditions according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Among them,Jiangsu Xinzhi School"self-study exchange" teaching method,Tianhui Middle School large unit teaching method and Zhengzhou "independent classroom under the network environment" three teaching methods are successful examples.In recent years,our school has gone out of the campus many times and gone deep into some well-known middle schools in China,learning their successful classroom teaching methods with an open mind.At the same time,combining the actual situation of local students,teaching soft strength and hard strength,to construct a classroom teaching method in line with the actual situation of our school-"Big three-step teaching method"that is:the first step,self-preparation,feedback problems;the second step,the second lesson preparation,exploration and display;the third step,Mark Complement,to achieve the goal.In the process of implementation,after comparing the results of students and conducting individual interviews,it was found that,the implementation of the "three-step teaching method" has obvious advantages over the traditional classroom in the cultivation of students' overall chemistry core literacy.However,in the process of implementation,there are still the following problems to be solved urgently:In the first step,the efficiency of study group discussion is too low,and the ability of students to integrate feedback problems is quite different,in the second step of the inquiry class,the quality of the students'presentation is not high.In addition,for other classes,such as the effective development of problem sets and so on.In order to make the "big three-step teaching method" serve the teaching effectively,we need to face its existing problems,practice,explore,innovate and perfect.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems of the"big three-step teaching method",such as reasonable arrangement,training in advance,new and old collocation,strengthening teaching and research,docking before class and reasonable plan.Of course,for the exercise class with outstanding problems,the article puts forward some concrete measures for its implementation,hoping that it can promote the further development of our school's education and improve education,said Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem,a professor at the university,to train all-round talents for the development of the country.
