Students are supposed to possess the quality and competence that is good for his lifetime development,which is the need for the students to fit into the society.As we know,class is the main position.Various class teaching models are springing up,and have achieved success to some extent.However,the model cannot be copied exactly so that we'd better make some changes according to the different schools and different students.Having studied other excellent class teaching models and combining our actual condition,we put forward a new class teaching model called “Three-step teaching program,four-step teaching process”.To achieve the goal of “three dimension”—the active class,motivated learning and qualified teachers and students,we have referred to a lot of materials,knowing that only when what the students have learned is connected with the original knowledge can the true learning take place.This class teaching model is based on Ausubel's theory of cognitive assimilation,Rodgers' s humanistic theory,and Skinner's procedural Pedagogy,in which it focuses on classroom teaching task oriented,teaching materials problematization and problem solving approached.In the course of teaching,the four-step teaching process of "guiding and inquiring,presenting and summarizing and extending the application" runs through each teaching task to cultivate students' physical subject and related ability.Teachers and students are required to reflect on from“thinking,compaction,participation and interest” in order to promote the new class teaching model.To avoid turning the new class teaching model into a mechanical model,we should adopt different teaching breakthrough point and teaching methods in the hope of enhancing students' learning interest and confidence as well as their physical quality.After the investigation we find that it is helpful to transform the psychology and habit of the students.What's more,as it turns out,students make great progress in studyduring the new model.
