According to the Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition),mathematics curriculum should face to all students,adapt to the needs of students' personality development,so that everyone can get a good mathematics education,different people get different development in mathematics.This requires mathematics education must deal with the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating ability,pay attention to cultivate the students' independence and autonomy,guide students to question,investigate,research,and to advocate the active participation of students,to explore,diligently to begin,train the students' ability to collect and process information,the ability of acquiring new knowledge,analysis and problem solving skills and the right of exchanges and cooperation.Therefore,the mathematics classroom should carry on the mathematics teaching mode reform to let the student become the leading role in the class.This paper studied the relevant theories of teaching mode at home and abroad by consulting the literature,and further improved the theoretical basis and operation method of the teaching mode of "self-refinement and training" in combination with the actual situation of our school.In this paper,observation method is used to conduct field research to understand the specific implementation of the teaching model,and interview method is used to understand the degree of participation and recognition of students.In addition,this paper also uses the experimental method,taking the students of Yan 'an New District Senior High School as the research sample,to carry out the teaching experiment on the situation of the implementation of the teaching mode of "self-refinement and training".By comparing the math scores and classroom performance of the experimental class and the comparative class for four times,the effectiveness of the teaching mode is preliminarily verified.The new part of the paper is embodied in: this middle school USES "self-refinement and training" as its unique teaching method,and the author has witnessed the whole process of the growth of this mode.and then to from their own practice verification " self-refinement and training " teaching mode of practical value,at the same time can be accurately found the teaching problems arising from the specific implementation process,gives the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
