High school ideological and political courses are the main channel of school moral educations.Ideological and political teachers are the main force of the "moral education".Therefore,the study of high school ideological and political teachers' quality can benefit for our goals that we give Ideological and political lessons to the teenagers,also good for building a party that people are satisfied with the.Although most of our high school ideological and political teachers' quality are good,but there are problems that can not be ignored.Here,the author regard self-promotion of high school ideological and political teachers' quality as a starting point to explore this topic,combined with their experience in the work of Ideological and political education in high school,try to show our country's high school ideological and political teachers' quality on their ideological misunderstanding and wrong tendencies from a new angle of view,and express a shallow opinion about self-promotion of high school ideological and political teachers' quality,and devoted to promote the quality of high school ideological and political teaching.The content of this paper is four parts:First,define and clarify the concepts and theories of high school politics teachers self-promotion,including the meaning and structure of quality,the meaning and structure of the quality of teacher,the meaning of high school ideological and political teachers' quality,the theory of people's development,the theory of quality education.High school ideological and political qualities of teachers can be interpreted as the high school ideological and political teachers on the basis of innate qualities,under the influence of environment and education,through the teaching practice of exercise and self-cultivation formed and developed relatively stable basic quality.Secondly,it mainly presents the present situations of high school ideological and political teachers,it will describe and analyze the high school ideological and political teachers who have some problems through interviews,and draw the following conclusions.Although high school ideological and political teachers' comprehensive quality is optimistic,but at the same time,it is lack of political confidence and values of deviation and indifference,career utilitarian consciousness rise,knowledge structure is not balanced and knowledge is updated slowly,learning,reflection,innovation,scientific research ability should be improved,the old ideas of education and teaching,physical and mental quality is not coordinated,.Again,mainly from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers analyzed the reasons for the above problems,Mainly includes the dislocation and the deviation of the role cognition,occupation burnout,negative attitudes,not to grasp the concept of the new curriculum reform,the interpersonal conflict triggered transformation education of the reasons for the social environment to.Finally,mainly for the above reasons,From the deepening of role identity and self affirmation of occupational value,enhance career crisis sense of urgency,a sense of responsibility,enhance "4 kinds of consciousness",strengthen the self motivation,good at communicating with students and teachers exchanges and cooperation,set up the modern consciousness,strengthening of high school politics teachers in the spirit of the ages and so on their own point of view put forward the corresponding quality promotion countermeasures,found an encouragement mechanism for improving of teachers,and bring up countermeasures for improving qualities.Trying to ensure the substantial improvement of the overall quality of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of internal factors.
