In early 2018 with the opening of a new round of education reform,the ministry of education officially promulgated "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard(2017 edition)",which explicitly points out that the high school thought political lesson is designed to cultivate students to establish correct political direction and enhance students' ability in social participation of comprehensive and active curriculum,insist to take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task,in changing the original composed of knowledge,ability and emotion manner values,on the basis of three-dimensional curriculum goals,development to cultivate political identification,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation constitute the four core disciplines of literacy.After the reform of high school ideological and political course is closely combined with social practice,concise 19 large conference spirit,emphasis on the latest achievements of sinicization of Marxism,emphasizes the centering on the issue of education mode,advocate the students in the independent thinking,cooperation,inquiry learning theory knowledge,hands-on practice in the process of learning and discipline accomplishment shape,this is not only proposed for high school students a more comprehensive development goals,as well as the high school ideological and political teachers put forward higher requirements.The new curriculum standard points out that the most fundamental task of the ideological and political science of high school is to cultivate the political identity of high school students.High school ideological and political teachers for political theory knowledge imparter,as high school students' correct values guide,its subject quality and level of political identity of high school students directly impact on the formation and development of political identity.Therefore,this paper studies on the promotion strategy of political identity of high school ideological and political teachers as research subjects.First of all,on the basis of understanding political identity and the concept of political identity of high school ideological and political teachers,this paper analyzes the importance of political identity for high school ideological and political teachers.Secondly,we should recognize the status of political identity of ideological and political teachers in high schools,and present a positive trend,but there are some problems.Since there is a problem,it is necessary to analyze the specific factors that affect the political identity of political teachers in high school.Finally,in understanding the concept,realize the status,finding reasons on the basis of exploring the strategy of promoting political identity,cultivating high school ideological and political teachers to help high school ideological and political teacher sets up the positive consciousness of political identity,prompted the high school ideological and political teachers' political quality was improved,the political discipline to better development,to realize the symbiosis of long political literacy teachers and students.
