In the "high school geography curriculum standards(2017)",it is proposed to pay attention to the personalized and diversified needs of students.Teachers should pay attention to people-oriented in the teaching process and focus on the development of students' Geography core literacy.In the traditional teaching mode,for the design of inquiry teaching content,only teachers participate in the preparation,students participate less.And in the implementation process of inquiry teaching,teachers tend to constantly guide students to answer the preset answers,ignoring the students' autonomy.Therefore,in the process of inquiry teaching design,it is necessary to highlight the dominant position of students,let students participate in the process of teaching design,and implement the student-centered education concept in the process of education and teaching.This paper takes the inquiry teaching design of geography as the research object,based on the concept of the new curriculum reform of geography,carries out the inquiry teaching design research based on the concept of student-centered education.On the basis of reading and analyzing relevant literature and theoretical monographs,the research purpose,research ideas and research methods are determined.The student-centered education concept,discovery learning theory,constructivist learning theory and zone of proximal development theory are the theoretical basis of this study.Combing the basic meaning of inquiry teaching,combined with the key content of student-based education and inquiry teaching to explain the relationship between the two,lay the foundation for the teaching design of this study.Using the method of questionnaire survey,from the perspective of geography teachers and students to understand the concept of student-centered education and inquiry teaching in high school geography classroom teaching,lay a practical foundation for the teaching design of this study.Based on the above theoretical and practical basis,the nine basic elements and five basic principles of instructional design are clarified,and the four step process of inquiry based instructional design based on the student-centered education concept is summarized,which are the selection of Geography Inquiry Teaching theme,the accurate geography core literacy goal,the integration of Geography Inquiry teaching materials,and the design of Geography Inquiry teaching process.Finally,combined with the teaching design process,taking "the main formation factors of soil" and "service industry location factors and their changes" as examples,the case of inquiry teaching design is displayed.It includes setting up the core literacy objectives of geography,integrating the materials collected by students through field observation,field visit and network,and designing the specific inquiry teaching process.The research of Geography Inquiry Teaching Design Based on student-centered concept in this paper is helpful to cultivate students' Geography core literacy,improve students' independent inquiry ability,cultivate students' interest in geography learning,enrich the content of Geography Inquiry Teaching Design in high school,and provide case design reference for geography teaching.
